End-to-end Design
Embarking on the challenge to transform Ami Matona's well-established bridal couture brand into a leading academy and workshop provider was a thrilling venture. To ensure the success of this new venture, I undertook comprehensive research and interviews with potential customers, complemented by a thorough competitor analysis.
While this project stands as a distinct entity from Ami's bridal couture brand, collaborative discussions with her and insights from interviews guided the decision to maintain a harmonious aesthetic between these two businesses.

Conducting qualitative research with potential customers and key figures in the fashion industry.
Facilitating a detailed competitor analysis to pinpoint strategic opportunities.
Hosting regular interactive sessions with the client to gather valuable feedback and align our vision.
Conducting qualitative research utilizing both low and high-fidelity prototypes to refine the user experience.
Crafting the final wireframes, serving as the blueprint for developers in bringing Ami Academy's vision to life.
Currently, I am actively engaged in a collaborative effort with the development team to ensure the seamless launch of Ami Academy's web app. This project encapsulates my commitment to user-centric design and showcases my versatile skill set as a UX designer.
